The exhibition spaces available have two booth size options:

Booths assignments start November 1, 2025 in order of sponsorship level and then date received. After that, booth reservations are on a first come – first serve bases, so take advantage and book early!
The exhibition fee includes: Booth, company name on fascia board; power supply; one wireless Internet access, table, 2 chairs, and trash bin.
*One stand personal is included in the exhibition stand. There is a charge for additional stand personal (for catering purposes) (R2,400pp).
