The oral presentations will be in 15 minutes using the conference Power Point templates. The time will be strictly enforced to ensure that all presenters have the same amount of time. Discussions and questions will be at the end of each session.
The number of slides in a presentation should not be more than ~12 content slides. The presentations should focus on the main ideas, results and contributions and should avoid any basic information.
The presenters are encouraged to practice their presentations and time their slides to fit within the available time.
The PPT files should be emailed to pacwafc@pacw.org the week before the presentation. The conference coordinator will review presentation to confirm it meets the requirements above, uses the PW template, and that it is non-commercial.
